SIZES Please refer to our size chart for measurements of all of our shirts. Please note that even though all of the shirts sold at The Engrish Store are pre-shrunk you can expect them to shrink a little bit when washed since they are 100% cotton.
BILLING/PAYMENT INFORMATION Credit cards are the preferred method of payment at the Engrish Store. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard only. Your credit card will be charged upon shipping and your billing statement will show a charge from "Engrish.com". If you do not have a credit card you can place an order by paying via Paypal. To order by Paypal,
please check out as normal and make sure to select "Bill me via PAYPAL" as
your "Payment Method". Using the email address you provide in either
the "email" or "comments" sections of the order form, Engrish.com
will send you a Paypal invoice for the total amount momentarily
after your order is received (the invoice may also show "SC Communications").
Orders will ship soon after payment is received in our Paypal account. Engrish.com no longer accepts personal checks or money orders for orders placed at our store. If you would like to pay by check, you can do so via Paypal. If you do not have an account it is very easy to set up. To sign up, please go to Paypal.com. Orders not paid for within a month of order placement will be cancelled. All prices are in US dollars. 4.167% sales tax will be applied to Hawaii residents. International customers will be responsible for any duties or costs charged by their local customs office.
SHIPPING INFORMATION Please
check here for shipping information RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY Satisfaction is guaranteed or we will happily give you a refund for the shirts that you purchase (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of your order (applicable to unwashed, unworn, clothing only in a condition good enough for resale). Engrish.com will pay for the shipping for the return of defective merchandise only. Customers wishing to return a purchase must contact us in order to receive instructions and return approval. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. Exchanges for
different size or design are acceptable in most cases (again, this is applicable
to unwashed, unworn, clothing only), but customers must pay for the shipping
costs of the exchange. Please contact
us before returning any merchandise for an exchange. Checking
